CAMPGROUND RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

RESERVATIONS:

. Sites available by reservation ONLY.

. Payment in full is required at the time of reservation.

. Check In: 12:00 noon

. Check Out: 12:00

.    Limiting lengths of stay per individual campers and/or camping vehicle, to not more than 15 consecutive days in any month, and not more than 60 days in any one calendar year, with not less than 4 days between each visit.

. No trailers allowed at Campsite other than Camping trailers. Absolutely no Boat, utility, etc.. trailers allowed. All other trailers must be parked at the designated parking area.

In order for the campground to run smoothly, it is necessary that reservations and payments are made in advance. It is important, for the convenience of all campers and staff, that campers do not occupy sites they do not have reservations for or occupy sites prior to their reservation dates/times.

HANDICAP SITES: 

Handicap sites will require verification of handicap status upon check in.  Those who cannot verify handicap status will be relocated to another campsite, if one is available, or asked to leave.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you cancel:

. Prior to 2 weeks of reservation: Full Refund

. Within 13-2 days of reservation: 50% refund

. Within 24 hours of early departure: No Refund (weather is not an exception)

. This cancellation policy applies to short-term RV campsite, tent site and boat rental reservations.

Rules and Regulations General Campground Guidelines

We’ve established the following general campground guidelines to help insure your safety and your enjoyment, while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.

SPEED LIMIT:

10 mph. Please observe our speed limit to insure the safety of all our guests. Remember…children are playing!

QUIET TIME:

11:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

SITE OCCUPANCY:

Only one (1) RV is allowed per campsite.

CHILDREN:

Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 10 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

SAFETY AFTER DARK:

In order to insure safety after dark, please carry a flashlight. No bike riding after dark.

TRASH:

Please place all garbage in designated dumpsters located around the park.

CAMPFIRES:

Campfires are permitted in a contained area and never to be left unattended.

PORTABLE GRILLS:

Gas, Wood or Charcoal grills are allowed.

CLOTHESLINES:

Not permitted.

FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS:

Prohibited on District property including BB, Airsoft and pellet guns.

PETS:

Keep on leashes (six-foot maximum length) or inside and do not leave unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. Pets are not allowed in any buildings, bathrooms, or playground areas. They are prohibited due to health codes. Maximum of 3 Pets allowed.

VISITORS:

Your visitors are always welcome at Kinkaid Village Marina, provided they register at our main office. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. Guidelines are presente4d at time of check-in. All your visitors must leave the campground by 11 p.m.

RECREATIONAL VEHICLES:

Golf carts are allowed on paved roads. ATV’s, Side by sides are NOT allowed. Please register all golf carts upon check in.

VIOLATION OF THESE GUUDELINES:

Grounds for ejection from the park without refund.

FORMS OF PAYMENTS:

We accept all Major Credit Cards.

NO SHOWS:

Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a no show subject to the same cancellation policies.

OTHER CAMPSITE GUIDELINES:

Ground disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RV’s (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains. Do not put grease down the sewer. Sewer connections are required by state law and must have a tight seal by a sewer donut (or sewer ring) or a screw-type connector. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, LIMIT THE LENGTH OF STAY AND THE NUMBER OF PERSONS OR VEHICLES PER SITE AND/OR EVICT ANY PERSON OR PARTY WITHOUT REFUND. PARK STAFF ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WORK ON RV’S BELONGING TO GUESTS. CAMPING IS AN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE, THEREFORE WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS DUE TO THE WHIMS OF MOTHER NATURE!
