What are the campground policies for reservations and cancellations?

Campsites are available by reservation only and payment in full is required at the time of reservations. If you cancel prior to 2 weeks of reservation you can get a full refund. For the full list of campground rules and guidelines please visit our Campground Rules page.

What do campsites include?
A:
The campsites include hook-ups for electricity, water, and sewer. On-site dining, marina, boat slips (covered and uncovered), boat launch, and handicap-accessible sites (which require handicap verification upon arrival) are also available.

Can I rent a boat at Kinkaid Lake?

Boat rentals are contracted out to vendors. Please contact the Marina office for their phone number.

How do I register a boat I recently purchased or renew an existing registration?

You can visit the Illinois Department of Natural Resources website and there is a step-by-step guide on registering or renewing a boat.

No, the marina does not sell fishing licenses. A fishing license can be purchased at Walmart, Rural King, Roses Boat and Motor, as well as other locations.
Kinkaid Lake is home to bluegill, channel catfish, crappie, largemouth bass, muskellunge, and more. Check out the stocking and outlook report from IDNR below.

Can I purchase fuel for my vehicle or golf cart?

The fuel pump is now open in the parking lot and contains the same premium, non-ethanol gas. The pump is credit card only and is open during normal business hours.
